Landscape Install Crew Member - Business Resources One

The Landscape Install Crew Member is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the organization, specifically in all areas of your onsite install job operations. Ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and within a team environment, and will enjoy supporting their crew and the overall company culture.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and with a high level of professionalism and quality
• Performs landscape construction tasks
• Maintains assigned equipment and tools
• Supports landscape install crew leader
• Perform snow and ice management services during the winter months
• Take pride in your work, support your team members, wear company gear with pride, attend company events; and engage, post, and support your team on Slack

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years or more landscaping industry experience
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ideal candidate will be eager to learn and move up to Crew Leader position

Compensation

• Hourly - $19 - $22 based on experience
