Job Details

This individuals title will be “Landscape/Hardscape Project Manager” and will be responsible for:

Daily operations of residential landscape and hardscape job sites and crews
Work with office staff/estimating department as needed
Overseeing and running workers and subcontractors
Communicate with general contractors regarding specs.
Planning daily, weekly and monthly schedule
Meeting completion dates
Ensure all work is done to specifications and is high quality
Promote proper installation practices for all installations of landscape and hardscape
Maintain a safe environment
Work within budgeted materials and hours for each project
Attend weekly site meetings with other trades
Be organized and results driven

Qualifications-

Minimum of 1 year experience working on and running residential or commercial landscape and hardscape construction projects
Be able to read and interpret job plans
