Landscape and Hardscape Crew Members - Tournoux Landcare

Tournoux Landcare Service is looking for Landscape and Hardscape Crew Members at a $20-$30 starting salary range with the potential for career advancement. Accepted candidates will receive a guaranteed full-time Monday through Friday work schedule.

We’re looking for honest and hard-working applicants who can both speak and read English. If you have a valid driver’s license and are looking to take the next leap in your growing career, you may be the right candidate for us.

In this role, you will:

• Exemplify self-reliance by demonstrating the ability to complete job paperwork on a daily basis.
• Feel a sense of achievement when you complete jobs on or under budget and train new crew members when needed.
• Be a responsible member of our camaraderie-focused team structure by holding others accountable.
• Safely operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment as well as identify grades and run laser equipment.
• Take on hands-on learning by knowing the common and scientific names of all plants on job sites.
• Perform basic tasks assigned by the Crew Leader in a safe and efficient manner and gain the opportunity to work as a laborer when needed.
• Work with your hands in the great outdoors and improve your strength by regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.
