Landscape Foreman - Group Management Services

Shearer Patio and Landscape Services is a design-build landscape construction firm servicing the Central Ohio area. We value quality, craftsmanship, and service to our clients as our highest priorities.We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Foreman with a passion for building and maintaining preeminent outdoor spaces and creative landscape design solutions for our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Work with our sales team, project management team, and your installation team in a fast-paced and fun environment to meet the needs of our clients
• Travel to properties to provide services and installations for our clients
• Control onsite workflow management, material flow management, and project budget control
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of the projects tasked to your crew
• Learn and apply new skills and techniques
• Be the onsite point of contact for the client
• Onsite training of your crew
• Clean, repair, and maintain your trucks and equipment on a daily and as needed
• Must complete daily reports and paperwork.

What we need from you:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of landscape installation experience, one year minimum as a Crewleader
• A strong knowledge and understanding of landscape materials, installation methods, and maintenance techniques; A horticulture background is a plus
• Be able to read landscape, architectural, or engineer drawings in 2D and 3D
• Be able to drive a medium duty truck with trailer
• Possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, and be insurable on the company’s commercial vehicle policy
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be able to lift 80lbs
