**Job Description:**

As a Landscape Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for landscape construction projects. This includes analyzing project plans and specifications, identifying materials and labor costs, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.

- Calculate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

- Develop detailed and itemized cost breakdowns for landscape construction projects.

- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts.

- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Estimator or similar role.

- Strong understanding of landscape construction processes, materials, and methods.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
