**Landscape Construction Project Manager** **Location: Maltby, WA** Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled **Landscape Construction Project Manager** to join our team at our busy Maltby, WA location. In this role, you'll oversee multiple commercial and residential landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities:** + **Design and Construction:** Plan and install multi-zone irrigation systems using landscape plans and budgets, considering meter size, pressure, and flow (GPM). Supervise installations of hardscape, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and plantings. + **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and lead construction crews of 3-6 members, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus. + **Project Management:** Develop and update schedules, procure materials, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project contracts and specifications. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with department management to adjust priorities based on changing customer demands. + **Cost Tracking:** Utilize Aspire workflow management system to monitor labor, payroll, and job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.
