• Project Oversight
  • Manage multiple residential landscape construction projects simultaneously.
  • Translate detailed plans into actionable project workflows, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to align project goals with their vision, ensuring satisfaction and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team and Vendor Coordination
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Partner with the estimating team to manage budgets, change orders, and pricing.
  • Procure necessary materials, including plants and other landscaping components, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Planning and Problem-Solving
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting.
    

• Technical Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and horticulture.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Leadership and Communication
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Credentials
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
