- Project Oversight
- Manage multiple residential landscape construction projects simultaneously.
- Translate detailed plans into actionable project workflows, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to align project goals with their vision, ensuring satisfaction and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team and Vendor Coordination
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors, to deliver exceptional results.
- Partner with the estimating team to manage budgets, change orders, and pricing.
- Procure necessary materials, including plants and other landscaping components, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Planning and Problem-Solving
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and horticulture.
- Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Leadership and Communication
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clients.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
