Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity include:

Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Certified Planner or equivalent experience
4-15 years of landscape architecture experience, including planning
Registered Landscape Architect preferred
Experience with design of land development projects preferred
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required. Bluebeam preferred
Develop and design detailed site plans, analyze environmental reports, and choose appropriate materials using CAD software, while coordinating with architects and project managers
Provide technical support and design services for civil engineering projects, including technical evaluations, report production, and effective communication with team members
Manage and facilitate project submittals, regulatory approvals, and the acquisition of construction permits to ensure timely project completion

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
