Summary:
A Landscape Architect with 0-5 years experience. Responsible for integrating the Landscape Architecture with Civil Engineering.
Job responsibilities:
- Design of commercial landscape, irrigation, grade, drainage, hardscape, etc.
- Prepare estimates/bid documents for landscape, irrigation, grade, drainage, hardscape, etc.
- Ability to accurately calculate quantities for area, volume, material import and export.
- Prepare submittals, as built plans, and details.
- Prepare workflow schedules and scopes of work.
- Conduct site analysis.
- Project budget preparation.
- Support Project Managers to ensure successful projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program with 0-2 years design experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus)
- Knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp a plus
- Basic knowledge of Southeastern plant material
- Demonstrates excellent design skills (Land Planning, Hardscape and Planting Design)
- Has familiarity working with tree and landscape ordinances
- U.S. Citizen
