We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in designing and managing a variety of landscape architecture projects. You will be working with our team of professionals to plan, design, and oversee construction of outdoor spaces, including parks, recreational facilities, private homes, and other open areas. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in landscape architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, and exceptional project management skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
2. Develop detailed design plans and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals, such as surveyors and civil engineers, to ensure project success.
4. Conduct site analyses, including the assessment of site conditions, identification of site-specific opportunities and constraints, and recommendations for site planning and design.
5. Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
6. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
7. Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team members work together effectively to meet project objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and managing project teams.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of landscape design, site planning, and construction processes.
8. Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
9. A portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity and a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles.
10. Professional registration as a Landscape Architect is preferred.
