Landscape Architect (A&E company) - 1st St. NW Technical Staffing

Established (and growing) A&E firm has an exciting opening for a Landscape Architect! Direct-hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:

• Develop landscape designs from concept to construction documents – projects include commercial, government, municipal, and healthcare
• Prepare site plans, layout plans, sections, elevations, details, and construction documents
• Coordinate design documents with architecture and engineering departments
• Participate in client meetings, plan reviews, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture preferred
• 3+ years of landscape architecture/design experience
• Experience creating site plans, grading plans, and planting designs
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a big plus
• Revit and/or SketchUp experience a plus
• Commercial projects experience
• Landscape Architecture Licensure or ability to become licensed soon a plus
