About the Job

The Landcare Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the area of Landcare Sales, including enhancement designing and selling, replacement support, and plant healthcare. Must be comfortable working independently and within a team environment. Supports Director of Landcare Accounts and overall company culture.

Responsibilities

Assist with Landcare enhancements & replacements
Performs Property visits
Offers plant healthcare support
Manages annual flower plantings
Offers Marketing Support
Keeps in contact with key clients, both past & current, networks to develop future clients
Assists with material ordering and procurement with vendors as requested
Completes after care walkthrough with clients for planting projects
Supports the Director of Landcare Accounts with requested tasks and account support
Works closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful completion of projects

Attend company events
Engage, post, and support your team on Slack

Requirements

High School diploma required. Associate degree in horticulture or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience in the landscaping field
Strong computer & communication skills are necessary, including Excel & Word and Google Docs
Strong oral & written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

Compensation

23 per hour based on experience, plus benefits
