Based in Fort Lauderdale, this role offers the chance to lead a full-service branch, overseeing projects primarily for government clients. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor Office Manager position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a land surveyor or project management role.
• Professional Land Surveyor license highly preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and knowledge of MicroStation preferred.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team, including project managers, surveyors, and technicians.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Fort Lauderdale office, ensuring smooth workflow, invoicing, and quality control.
• Act as the point of contact for project proposals, contracts, and workload management.
• Sign off on all plans, reports, and survey products generated by the office.
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts in the region.
• Provide mentorship and training to the team to enhance technical and management skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
