Background/Qualifications:
To secure an interview, candidates should possess:
- 5-10 years of experience, particularly in site design, pipelines, and subdivision.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Capability to independently manage projects and lead meetings with clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrable ability to transition from client meetings to design implementation.
- Bonus: Business development skills.
- Opportunities for growth into partnership.

Salary/Compensation Structure:
- Ideal starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.
- Mid and end-of-year bonuses offered, with last year being the highest on record.
