Paramont Manufacturing LLC is a leading manufacturer in the production of heavy-duty vehicle hoods and body components. Summary: Paramont Mfg LLC has opportunities in several departments.  Each position will require an employee to be standing for the duration of their shift. The working environment is a manufacturing facility where individuals with sensitivities to loud noises, strong smells, cleaning materials, etc, may not be suitable for this type of work. Certain positions require licensing on equipment.  In the production of our world class product we have a talented employee base in the areas of: 

Bonding: Third step of the manufacturing process which requires the enhancement of products that require additional material.  Individuals must be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.  Equipment utilized in this role will include items such as: routers, drills, sharp blades, cleaning materials, etc.

Paint/Prep/Wash: This team takes the molded, trimmed and bonded product and prepares the product for final inspection.  Individuals must be able to move large racks, climb 3ft ladders, etc.   Equipment utilized in this role will include items such as: sanders, bondo, compound, paint, cleaning materials, etc.

Final Inspection: This team inspect the final product before shipping and makes corrective modifications as needed.  Individuals must be able to move large racks, climb 3ft ladders, etc.  Equipment utilized in this role will include items such as: sanders, bondo, compound, paint, cleaning materials, etc.

Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the final product is properly packaged and shipped to meet customer timelines and demands. (Requires forklift training; provide by Paramont).  Individuals must be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.  Equipment utilized in this role will include items such as: sharp blades, sheers, etc

These are entry level positions and all associates will undergo a 3 week training program through our internal course.  All required equipment will be provided by the company and each individual will be thoroughly trained in the usage and safety standards for each item. Don't be deterred, we will train you to work the Paramont way.  We need individuals with a willingness to learn.
