As a Development Chemist II you will:
Safely and efficiently operate equipment to prescribed instructions in PPG’s OLED kilo lab to complete various stages of chemical processing.

• This will include heating and cooling reactors, operating pumps and vacuum pumps for chemical transfers, distillations, filtrations and drying
• Follow batch sheet instructions to produce products
• Document operations and results for kilo lab batches
• Interface with process development chemists and technicans on a regular basis to advance product development

Education :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science (chemistry, biology, etc) related field required. 3+ years of experience in chemistry/manufacturing laboratory.

Pay Range*: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
