Details for the position are as follows:
This position involves a 50/50 split role between two groups within the same function, each with specific responsibilities. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to multitask. Preferred qualifications include previous GxP and inventory management experience, along with familiarity with Biovia or LIMs software.
- 12-month contract to start with the possibility of conversion or extension.
- Rate: $35-40 an hour depending on experience.
- Location: Malvern, PA – 3/4 days onsite depending on week.

- Biovia Equipment Tasks (50%):
- This role involves managing metrology events, including resolving errors preventing updates to OneLab due to instrument type mismatches or intervals. It also includes adding new equipment to OneLab after cleaning lists from Maximo, and ensuring decommissioned instruments are appropriately handled. Additionally, the role requires managing metrology corrections in Maximo and OneLab.
- Client CAL Support (50%):
- In this aspect of the role, the candidate will be responsible for managing analytical equipment related to the Calibration Laboratory in M11. This includes scheduling and coordinating vendor visits for repairs and calibration, communicating with the Client Team on instrument-related matters, obtaining quotes, purchasing vendor contracts, and managing work orders within the Maximo system. The role also involves assisting with asset onboarding and decommissioning, as well as managing pipets within the laboratory.
