Overview:
This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and support to our client accounts, including patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff.
Qualifications:- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
- Experience working in a medical or laboratory setting is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry and clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and organizing records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and electronic interactions.
- Accurately and efficiently manage data entry tasks in the laboratory information system.
- Conducting thorough reviews of data entries to identify any missing or incomplete information.
- Communicating with relevant personnel, such as laboratory technicians, field staff and account contacts to gather the missing data.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding laboratory services, test results, and procedures.
- Address customer questions and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians and other staff to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of laboratory reports to clients.
- Analyzing trends in data completeness and identifying recurring issues.
- Stay abreast of laboratory protocols and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- React positively to changes and perform other duties as assigned.
- Uphold the confidentiality of all patient information and comply with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
