We are seeking a highly experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with complex labor and employment disputes, providing legal counsel to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Handling PAGA claims, wage & hour disputes, and class-action lawsuits, ensuring clients' rights are adequately protected.
- Providing legal advice to clients on various labor and employment issues, including compliance with state and federal laws.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal correspondences.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
- Keeping abreast of changes in labor and employment law to provide up-to-date advice to clients and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a particular focus on PAGA claims, wage & hour disputes, and class-action lawsuits.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a diverse caseload and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for clients in settlement agreements and other legal negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in the practice of law.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
