Job Details
The firm is seeking an associate to join their employment litigation team, which represents employers, directors, officers, and management employees, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies in a variety of industries.
Job Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ experience in employment litigation
- Must be licensed in New Jersey as well as New York or Connecticut
- Proficient in research, motion practice, written discovery, and meeting client reporting requirements
