We're a rapidly growing midsize Civil Defense Law Firm with locations across New York City Metropolitan area including Long Island, Rockland, Westchester and the Hudson Valley in the New York State and Federal Courts.
Seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys who can service our clients across a variety of practice areas including (but not limited to) Insurance Defense, General Liability, Education Law, Municipal Liability, and more.

Qualifications
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on defense representation.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution.
5. Experience handling labor and employment issues, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters.
6. Bonus Experience: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The New York State Human Rights Law, The New York City Human Rights Law, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
