Position: Temporary Labor & Employment Attorney

Hours per week: 20-30 hours/week

Requirements: Spanish or Portuguese Speaker

Location: Must be barred and reside in TX, MA, SC, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, WA, OR, or DE.

Other: NO CONCURRENT WORK

We are seeking a skilled temporary Labor & Employment Attorney fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. The ideal candidate will handle employment-related cases and must be actively licensed in one of the specified states above. This role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills as well as experience with employment or internal investigation experience Must have 2-6 years of experience.

Pay (w2): $60-$72/hour
