About the Job
We are a GROWING Employment litigation law firm with offices throughout Southern California. We are looking for attorneys who are passionate, hardworking, and interested in a career with an growing with the firm.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least five (5) years of experience with as an employment law attorney. Must be a multi-tasker with excellent written and communication skills and an upbeat attitude, prepared to take on new projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
–– Drafting Demand Letters;
–– Drafting Pleadings
–– Drafting and responding to Discovery
–– Drafting motions and other court criteria (with support from one of our senior attorneys)
–– Assist and handle own case load of employment law cases from inception through trial.
–– Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials
–– Interact with clients
–– Excellent research and writing skills are a MUST.
–– Attention to detail is a MUST.
–– Be proactive and positive. The candidate must be able to prioritize multiple duties quickly, be detail-oriented, organized, personable, eager to learn, and enjoy giving the best client service possible.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. They must have 5+ years of experience with an employment litigation law firm handling their own case load while directing junior attorneys and paralegals.

JOB TYPE
- Full-time SALARY commencing at $160,000.00 plus transparent bonus structures based on results, with top attorneys earning closer to $400,000.00 a year.
