What You Need

• Wage & Hour Class actions (including opposition strategy, fact development, briefing, argument) REQUIRED
• Employment law Compliance
• Litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful term, employment discrimination, and harassment, whistleblower
• Preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts
• Conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context corporate M&A transactions
• Outstanding research and analytical skills and strong writing skills are imperative
• Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills and action oriented interest in taking on increased level of responsibility for client matters will add to your success on our team.
• Bar Admission in California is required for application to the position
