Job Details

- 2+ Years of Labor and Employment Attorney experience
- Experience counseling business leaders on employee relations and employment law
- Experince taking and defending depositions, investigating claims, discovery, and drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Experince reviewing employee handbooks and policies
