Job Details
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Labor & Employment
- Barred in NY, in Good Standing
- Strong Writing, Communications and Research
- Discovery experience, LexisNexis, West Law experience
- Experience advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, Compliance
Duties:
- Advise Clients on Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws
- Represent Clients before Governmental agencies: EEOC, DOL
- Draft, Review and Negotiate Employment Contracts
- Handle Lawsuits including Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Harassment, etc
- Guidance on addressing workplace issues: disciplinary actions, employee grievances
