• Advising clients on labor laws and employment regulations
• Representing clients in litigation and arbitration
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
• Conducting workplace investigations and compliance audits
• Providing training on HR best practices

Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school, active NJ bar membership, and a proven track record in labor and employment law.
