Provider mix OB, Midwives, and Family practice Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge, 2-6 RN s, 1 Surgical Tech, 1 Unit Secretary o Night Shift 1 charge, 2-4 RN s, 1 Surgical Tech Patient Ratios 1:1-2 labor 1:3 stable Ante Type of equipment labor beds, GE fetal monitors, Monica Tele monitors, Panda Warmers EMR CPN and meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 2 years labor and delivery experience Circulate c-sections Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Newborn transition Mother baby Scrub experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal delivery and recovery Triage C-sections and recovery Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
