Your Role: As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, you will :Duties and Responsibilities
- ⚕️ Supervise department activities
- Maintain clinical and operational excellence
- Provide leadership and support to staff and physicians
- Deliver professional nursing care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred
- Current RN licensure in California
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- 3 years of supervision experience, 1-3 years of nursing management experience
- Expertise in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and healthcare management
Additional Information:
- Full-Time – Evenings; No Weekends
- Initial Phone Screen: 2 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Next Interview: 48 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Onsite Interview (if required): 7 DAYS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
- Interview Flexibility: Skype, FaceTime, Duo, etc.
- ⏳ Offer Timing: Expect an offer within 7 DAYS FROM FINAL PANEL ONSITE INTERVIEWS
