Job Summary:

As the Labor and Delivery Manager, you'll oversee daily operations and staffing to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement while promoting evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage admissions and discharge processes for efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination and staff development.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse with ACLS and BLS certifications.
• 1 years of healthcare experience required; leadership experience preferred.
