- Upload weekly certified payroll reports to compliance websites such as the Department of Industrial Relations, LCP Tracker, iSupplier, Elations, and EMARS.
- Assist with labor compliance startup documentation for new projects.
- Update Public Works startup documents and Fringe Benefits Statements following union local increases.
- Enter data for union reporting and Target Marketing projects on a monthly basis.
- Follow up with subcontractors regarding their labor compliance startup documents.
- Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for subcontractors and suppliers using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage I-9 verification processes and complete DE34, W2, EDD, and EEO reporting.
- Utilize Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, for various reporting and tracking tasks.
- Apply knowledge of public works and DIR labor codes for compliance activities (a strong plus).
- Experience in a similar role in construction compliance, office, or industry is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to assist the team with other aspects of construction office tasks.
- Familiarity with public works and DIR labor codes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
