Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from sourcing to drop shipping.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Label Printing Supervisor with a good positive energy to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating, planning and managing the label printing function. Maintain accurate inventory of blank labels & ribbons and report any adjustments to affected departments. Assist LSO to produce Quality Products, on time and within budget.

Job DescriptionTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Reviews label procedures to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
- Create, set up and update all labels per customer’s requirements.
- Generate a Label Approval form.
- Manages label printing department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules and allocating resources.
- Ensures label printing staff are trained to perform jobs effectively.
- Ensure label printing staff activities are in compliance with documented procedures.
- Ensure material is issued in Deacom in a timely manner
- Ensure label printing staff reports labor hours are allocated in Deacom
- Ensure staff prints label reports on time for each order produced in Deacom within the established time
- Maintain label printing area in accordance with GMP.
- Manages the maintenance of the computers, printers, and scanners.
- Other duties may be assigned.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Experience using ZEBRA, Quicklabel printers is required
- Proficient using Labelview and Bartender printing systems
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communications.
- Knowledge of documentation control requirements for cGMP regulated industries to meet FDA and ISO regulations is desired.
- Excellent attention to detail – must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
