Duration: 12+ months to start
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with other engineer team to insure fixtures, set-up, operation and acquisition of data for test requests.
• Build assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, units-under-test and perform functional testing.
• Perform verification testing and troubleshoot of electronic assemblies and sub assemblies.
• Record and collect data from pre and post component/assembly after test or troubleshoot.
• Maintain track record of test and troubleshooting data.
• Read and understand the essential elements of electronics schematics and layout.
• Perform work from Engineering sketches, notes, instructions and schematics with limited supervision.
• Perform rework of resistor, capacitor, jumper wire and various other reworked when needed.
• Perform board bring-up, configuration and system checkout when needed.
• Troubleshoot complex circuit from system to assemblies to component levels to determine root-cause failures.
• Install and maintain test instrumentation.
• Help maintain a clean environment in the lab and manage lab equipment, tools and supplies.
