Lab Technician - The Fountain Group

Currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Lab Technician for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Rocky Hill, CT. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
• Pay: $25/hr depending on experience.
• This is a temporary assignment that is slated for 1 year with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• Position will be responsible for testing of adhesives through a variety of laboratory techniques as well as evaluating, collecting and recording data.
• Position will also be responsible for participating in organizing and performing experiments using established procedures while summarizing and reporting results in a laboratory notebook.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate within a science related discipline. (chemistry discipline preferred)
• Experience working with adhesives, bonding parts, and/or testing bond strength a plus.
