Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a biology-related field.
- Prior experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of laboratory safety protocols and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage laboratory activities efficiently.
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Proficient in data analysis and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with laboratory members and stakeholders.
