Pay Rate: $27.00
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Contract Length: 6 months
This role is in the Bulk manufacturing group and the company operates in an aseptic environment, wears personal protective equipment, such as eye, foot, lab coat, mask, gowning coveralls under a Laminar Flow Hood.
Duties and Responsibilities: You are performing PCR production and support duties for Operations ensuring the quality of production is completed.
You are contributing to a variety of duties relating to production operations. In this context, you are responsible for following departmental work instructions, SOP’s, OSHA safety regulations and cGMPs to perform assigned tasks.
You contribute to the completion of production batch records and logbooks with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
You support and oversee lab supply inventory, and generate internal order requisitions. Depending upon area of assignment or primary focus, may maintain departmental stock rooms, and keep laboratories stocked.
Besides laboratory organization, you are also handling hazardous materials in an ECA environment. Activities will require the use of pallet jacks, ability to lift 50lbs, and movement of large production tanks.
You input production data and other work-output data into appropriate business systems (e.g. SAP), and maintain documentation in accordance with established procedures.
You follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and demonstrate competence in reading, completing charts, forms, basic word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
You communicate with internal groups to assure laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and reports room or equipment malfunctions to area supervisor.
You attend required training classes and participates in on-the-job training
Education: High school Diploma / Associate Degree
