Location: Iowa/Nebraska preferred. Open to surrounding states.

*Travel: Regular day to day travel with occasional overnights.

As a LabSales Account Manager (Soil Fertility) your key responsibilities will be:
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve goals, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage a portfolio of agronomic accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Value-Added Sales and Support:
- Upsell services that align with customer goals while addressing inquiries and resolving issues with support from internal teams.
Sales Reporting:
- You will maintain accurate and detailed records in the company's CRM software, and regularly provide insights into overarching sales strategies
We'd love to see:
- 5+ years of sales and account management experience; strong preference for experience in B2B settings
- Post-secondary education in Agronomy, Soil Sciences or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of farming practices, laboratory operations, precision agronomy, fertility management, and soil sciences is ideal, with the ability to effectively apply this understanding to meet customer needs
- Ideally experience developing new territories
