Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Develop, maintain, and execute verification tests across a spectrum of products, encompassing embedded software, applications, and integrated systems.
- Develop, maintain, and manage test tools and multiple test environments and Model Designs
- Conduct analysis of system and software requirements to determine the feasibility of verification and validation within defined time and budgetary constraints.
- Support verification testing processes, facilitate the transition to production, and assist in resolving field-related issues.
- Design, analyze, integrate, test, and document test cases tailored for systems or subsystems verification purposes.
- Offer technical leadership, contributing to concept development and engaging in peer reviews and design evaluations.
- Provide guidance on ensuring adherence to processes and customize methodologies to align with project-specific requirements.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment among developers and Product Owners, fostering effective communication and alignment throughout projects.
- Uphold and advocate for the organization's mission, values, and culture, reinforcing a positive and productive work environment
- Produce engineering estimates of individual tasks and may contribute to Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Bid proposals.
Qualification:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
