- JOB SUMMARY
- Supervisor is responsible for the daily management, supervision and oversight of the Phlebotomy and CSR staff to include: training of new staff, monitoring of errors, participation on committees to improve quality and coordination of process with other departments involved with patient encounter, oversight of waiting area flow and promotion of customer service initiatives. Review and resolve patient concerns and enlist assistance of other qualified staff as necessary.

- Demonstrates leadership, management and communication skills.
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED and Related College degree preferred
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- Other Skills or Requirements
- Ability to lead others in a customer service friendly environment
- Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
