Overview:
A private and busy family in Greenwich CT is seeking project manager/ Personal assitant to join their team. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility. The candidate will be required to be on-site for supervision and installation of projects, whether a renovation project or installation of any items. When not supervising, you will be required to work from one of several properties.
Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain a luxury home management function. This includes sourcing, hiring, and managing staff/vendors across the full range of needs: amenities, food and meal service, maintenance and repair, landscaping, IT and security system upkeep, vehicle management, and cleaning
- Oversee and facilitate payments of the household budget
- Project management and serving as owner’s representative for renovation and construction projects. This includes sourcing and recommending service providers, coordination of schedules, project mobilization, materials management, conflict resolution, and timeline/budget management of the full spectrum of vendors (e.g., contractors, architects, designers, attorneys, insurance agents, neighbors, etc.) needed to achieve the project’s objectives
- Provide solutions and options to address issues
- Project management experience
- Be adaptable to the standards and desires of the family
- Have excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening, have superior interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- The ideal candidate will represent the company in a courteous, professional, and diplomatic manner, demonstrating a high level of patience and stress tolerance
- You must be able to work independently as well as on a team as this is a fully-staffed environment.
- You should also follow strict security protocols and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion always.
- Candidates must be COVID vaccinated and boosted to be considered
- You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
