We're looking for a knowledge manager who can assist our client in sharing knowledge to ensure access to the critical information required to help in training development and execution and provide expertise in supporting, implementing, and managing knowledge manager (KM) initiatives for our DoD clients. As a knowledge manager on our team, you'll train and maintain front-end support for KM sites, make recommendations, and execute KM strategies, plans, processes, tools, assessments, and meeting management practices. You will assist with the development of KM roadmaps to improve the client's business operations and facilitate the sharing and leveraging of best business practices from the KM community. Additionally, you'll contribute to functional expertise for the management of client deliverables, leverage industry best practices, and develop client-ready products, including te chn ical guides, knowledge-based articles, user acceptance testing documentation, briefings, reports, and internal communications. You will assist in aligning processes and te chn ology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. You'll use central and peripheral databases, content management tools, and record management systems to shape workflow and processes. You will research, organize, write, edit, and produce written content for use in a wide variety of formats, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and stakeholder communications. You'll recommend overall organization and layout, editorial standards, and publication methods, and assist in identifying content to repurpose for multiple channels. Finally, you will be responsible for compiling reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities. You Have: * 3+ years of experience in a professional knowledge management work environment * Experience developing te chn ical manuals, procedures, or user guides * Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint, Confluence, or Strapi site collections * Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite and KM fundamentals and tools * Experience working in a Scrum framework or implementing Agile practices * Knowledge of KM principles, procedures, and processes in a DoD environment * TS / SCI clearance * HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: * Experience working alongside analysts, developers, and subject matter experts * Experience working as a te chn ical writer or editor in a te chn ology or IT field * Experience developing, executing, or updating a content strategy * Experience with Content Management Systems * Knowledge of sof tware applications * Ability to pay strict attention to detail * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
