Knowledge Management Specialist
Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Knowledge Manager to work closely with the client and a small team supporting the DHS CISA Infrastructure Division. Our team will provide business process improvement, knowledge management, and program support. You will work with the office to oversee business information collection and sharing. This will include supporting processes, configuring and implementing solutions, and conducting training activities. This opportunity will help shape and implement the organization's strategy and improve its efficiency and operations. This position requires a combination of technical, analyst, and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify employee knowledge data, processes, tools, and related materials
- Review and identify existing resources for use or updating
- Support training needs related to knowledge management
- Gather and maintain relevant materials
- Experience analyzing and describing options and alternatives analysis
- Experience modeling processes
- Recommending and implementing knowledge management-related activities and materials
- Support knowledge transfer tools
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience with SharePoint administration
- More than 5 years of experience with knowledge management projects
- Bachelor's degree with advanced degree preferred
Desired Skills
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Power Apps
- Experience working with senior leadership
- SharePoint development-related skills such as Power Apps and Administration
Salary Range:
$80,000-$160,000
Location:
Remote - Continental US
Clearance:
US Citizen Required.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a DHS clearance (Public Trust).
