Knowledge Management Specialist (Cleared) - IT Concepts

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the unit knowledge management plan consisting of knowledge management techniques, policies, and procedures and ensuring command-wide dissemination.
• Creating an organizational knowledge network and metrics for evaluating its effectiveness.
• Integrating and synchronizing knowledge management functions and activities with higher echelon and subordinate commands.
• Assisting the command in identifying and reusing knowledge, while identifying valuable knowledge and methods of exposing and utilizing to support missions.
• Assist Development teams in understanding how users best consume information and knowledge enhancing user adoption and training quality.
• Conduct Knowledge and Information and capability audits to catalog existing sources of truth.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

• Senior level: 3-10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree.

• Substitutions for education:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
• 12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
• Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation
• Understanding of DoDAFv2 Architecture and associated tools

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have at a minimum active DOD Top Secret
