As a team member you are the face of Chick-fil-A and the person who will ensure our guests receive the quality food and industry leading customer service that has come to be synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand. Chick-fil-A team members are the foundation and entry level role within our business structure. Here you will learn and execute the fundamentals of the Chick-fil-A brand including our CORE 4 model, Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, Industry Leading Food Safety Processes, and so much more. Chick-fil-A Team Member Responsibilities:

Pay Type:

• Starting at $13/hr

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening duties, or clean the kitchen until 11:00pm or until all work is completed
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
