Position: Mountain Springs Buffet Kitchen Steward

Department: Food & Beverage

Wage: 16.00/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for performing a variety of janitorial duties such as running dish machine, cleaning floors, cleaning work stations, and general cleaning and sanitation of kitchen.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·         Wash all dishes and cookware.

·         Clean floors and walls.

·         Remove trash from kitchen in a timely manner

·         Assist in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation as instructed by Sous Chef and department Leadership.

·         Perform other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a.     Have or obtain within 30 days of hire, certifications in Food Handlers, Title 4, and Alcohol Awareness.

2.     Be at least 18 years of age.

3.     Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
