Kitchen Staff/ Cook - Santee Sioux Nation Enterprises

POSITION SUMMARY
The Kitchen/ Cook position is valuable team member of the store operation and is responsible for performing various kitchen functions. The Kitchen staff/ Cook is responsible for the support of the Kitchen to stock the store with food items prepared in the kitchen.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cooking food - using deep fat fryer, oven, microwave, and flat top grill.
• Cleaning of the kitchen
• Stocking and Prepping Food
• Other duties as assigned.

OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
