What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high standards.
• Collaborate with management to maintain an outstanding guest experience, focusing on food preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
• Support hiring and promotion decisions for hourly kitchen staff, identifying and developing talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years of salaried kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Track Record: Consistent, hands-on kitchen operations experience. No significant gaps or career transitions between HOH and FOH roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, maintaining high operational standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
