Job Title: Kitchen Manager Join Our Family-Oriented Team!
Position Overview: Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Manager to deliver uncompromised excellence in both hospitality and Bar-B-Que! As the Kitchen Manager, youll make each guest and each plate the center of your focus. Youll lead by example, ensuring top-notch hospitality, consistent operations, and profitability by guiding, training, and coaching your team. Youll oversee the kitchens key areasincluding Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line qualityalongside FOH systems like ToGo, Host, Bar, and service standards.
What Youll Bring:
- Management Experience: 1+ years of management experience
- Full-Service Restaurant Experience: 3+ years in full-service restaurant management
- Back of House (BOH) Expertise: 3+ years of BOH experience
- Team Leadership: Experience managing a team of at least 15 staff members
- Inventory and Budgeting Knowledge: Ability to manage inventory and control budgets
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
