Job Description

As a Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a leadership role. You will have the opportunity to be on a team of talented and driven team members who are passionate about food, hospitality, and service excellence while working in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with overseeing all BOH operations and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures.
• Oversee the training and development of the kitchen team, ensuring constant improvement in culinary skills and consistency in production standards.
• Manage inventory, food and culinary labor costs.
• Prepare culinary team schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant and budget guidelines.
• Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of the kitchen. Ensures equipment is cleaned daily, supplies stored properly, etc.
