YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing all the operations of the ghost kitchen. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, and coach staff: Build a strong, positive, and fun work environment where team members are trained and coached to meet their potential
- Strong adherence to SOP s: Ability to coach team in a positive and timely manner to comply with SOP s and meet company standards
- Manage the P&L statement, and take corrective actions as needed to meet or beat budget targets
- Ensure food is of the highest quality
- Provide outstanding guest service, and train the team to do so as well
- Meet or exceed all health and safety standards
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager (or similar leadership role) with a high volume ($4M+), upscale, scratch, fast-casual restaurant chain/group
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with an eye toward providing the best customer experience
- Energetic, outgoing and hospitable personality with a people first mentality
- Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to effectively train, mentor and manage hourly team members
- Openness to being coached/mentored
- Spanish language skills are required
